About the Role:
As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Solventum, you’ll independently manage one or more non-significant risk clinical studies. You’ll play a key role in driving compliance, data integrity, and patient safety, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of one or more non-significant risk clinical studies from development through closure.
Coordinate activities including CIP development, subject recruitment, consent, enrollment, data collection, and management.
Maintain study documentation: logs, progress notes, product accountability records.
Ensure study compliance with clinical plans and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing, scientific, or health-related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a regulated industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical research experience and familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
CCRC certification (ACRP or SoCRA).
Phlebotomy certification.
Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Work & Travel Info:
Hybrid Work: Minimum 4 days/week onsite in Maplewood.
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic travel.

Compensation (for U.S. applicants):
Estimated Range: $79,828 – $97,567 (includes base + potential variable pay)
