Contract Project Manager – Radiopharmaceuticals or ALS Experience Required

Job Summary:

Ergomed Group is actively seeking a Contract Project Manager or Clinical Team Manager with extensive experience in global clinical trials focused on Radiopharmaceuticals or ALS. This role is critical in ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality-driven project delivery across our global operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assigned projects on time, within budget, and in scope while upholding Ergomed and industry standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and senior management on project status and progress.

  • Liaise with project team members, assign and train staff as necessary to ensure optimal task execution.

  • Develop, review, and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with milestones and sponsor expectations.

  • Organize and lead meetings covering all project phases – initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Represent Ergomed in external meetings, including those with scientific experts, committees (e.g., EC/IRB), and sponsors.

  • Contribute to bid defense activities as a subject matter expert.

  • Develop and refine SOPs and training materials to maintain consistency with regulatory requirements.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager managing international clinical trials within a CRO setting.

  • Direct experience with Radiopharmaceuticals or ALS clinical trial management on a global scale.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is required.
