Job Overview

Clario is seeking a CT Technologist – Cardiac Imaging to support global clinical trials by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance of cardiac CT imaging data. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with advanced imaging technologies while contributing directly to life-saving clinical research.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cardiac CT imaging and post-processing tools, along with experience supporting imaging protocols in a clinical research or hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cardiac CT Image Review & Analysis

  • Review and evaluate cardiac CT image data for clarity, completeness, and technical quality

  • Perform cardiac CT image analysis using validated post-processing software

Protocol Compliance & Data Quality

  • Verify imaging data adherence to study-specific cardiac imaging protocols

  • Generate image-related queries and collaborate with therapeutic teams to resolve quality issues

Clinical Trial & Technical Support

  • Support image archiving activities for completed clinical trial projects

  • Conduct internal and client-facing demonstrations of cardiac image processing workflows

  • Assist with technical imaging issues and support study initiation visits to train site personnel

Documentation & Process Support

  • Contribute to the development and review of study forms, imaging guidelines, and training manuals

  • Review and assess clinical research site qualifications, focusing on cardiac imaging capabilities

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support SOP updates related to image quality review

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related discipline (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist or in a clinical trials imaging role

  • Proven hands-on expertise in cardiac CT imaging

  • Experience performing pre-quantitative cardiac CT analyses using tools such as Medis Suite or Circle CVI

  • Exposure to cardiac angiography and cath lab procedures is highly desirable

Technical Skills

  • Strong familiarity with cardiac CT post-processing software (Medis, Circle CVI, or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

  • Ability to clearly communicate technical imaging requirements to internal teams and clinical sites

Work Location Eligibility

  • Ability to work remotely from Costa Rica or Canada
