Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Operations to lead and coordinate the day-to-day service delivery of large HCC coding teams in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in medical coding operations, a proven track record in delivering client satisfaction, and demonstrated ability to drive team performance and process excellence within a healthcare coding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end service delivery for HCC coding teams, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and internal quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on service delivery, process improvements, and performance metrics
Create, maintain, and update process documentation to ensure clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency
Manage daily operations including planning, monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, fostering consistent skill development and career growth
Monitor team performance, ensuring targets for attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and quality are met
Prepare and maintain management/operational reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics to track team performance and process adherence
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Experience & Qualification Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in medical coding operations, preferably in HCC coding specialty
Certified medical coder from AAPC or AHIMA
Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills
Proven ability to coordinate large teams and manage operational delivery in a healthcare RCM environment
Experience in process documentation, performance monitoring, and SLA management
