About the Role
Advantmed India LLP is hiring an experienced professional for the position of Director – Operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for candidates with extensive expertise in healthcare operations management, client servicing, process excellence, and strategic team leadership within the US healthcare domain.
The organization is seeking a result-oriented operations leader capable of managing large-scale business functions, driving operational performance, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end Line of Business (LOB) performance across Operations, Quality, Training, WFM/MIS, and Process Excellence
Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients and maintain strong client success relationships
Manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore operational environments
Drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and business performance improvements
Ensure smooth delivery of healthcare operations projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of experience in operations or client services
Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership or managerial roles
Strong experience working with US healthcare payers and providers
ROI process experience preferred
Proven track record in scaling teams and handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills
