Elanco is seeking a Global Process Owner – Demand & Replenishment Planning (DRP) to drive process excellence, standardization, and optimization across our global supply chain. This role is part of Elanco’s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, focusing on SAP S/4HANA DRP capabilities, process governance, and supply chain transformation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with global supply chain processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-regional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Ownership & Standardization
Define, implement, and maintain global DRP processes within SAP S/4HANA.
Serve as a global process consultant, driving adoption of best practices across regions and functions.
Standardize processes for demand planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Monitor DRP performance using key metrics and KPIs.
Identify gaps, implement improvements, and support supply chain transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
Training & Knowledge Management
Support development of training materials and documentation for DRP processes.
Provide guidance to Super User and End User communities, ensuring consistency and adherence to global standards.
Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across global supply chain teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in global supply chain environments, including demand planning, replenishment planning, or DRP process management.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Demand & Replenishment Planning.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
Ability to influence and collaborate across global, matrixed organizations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
APICS or other recognized supply chain certification.
Hands-on experience in global process transformation or supply chain optimization projects.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and supply chain analytical tools.
Proven ability to drive change, implement best practices, and achieve process standardization across regions.
Lead global supply chain initiatives that drive efficiency and impact.
Work in a diverse and inclusive environment with global exposure.
Contribute to innovative supply chain strategies and digital transformation using SAP S/4HANA.
