About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Global Project Lead – Adobe Target to lead digital optimization, personalization strategy, and experience transformation for global healthcare engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, A/B testing, website optimization, personalization strategy, and digital customer journey management within global enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will drive digital optimization initiatives for global congress and scientific engagement platforms, leveraging experimentation, behavioral analytics, and personalization technologies to improve audience engagement, user experience, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Optimization & Personalization Strategy

  • Lead global website optimization and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target and related digital experience platforms.
  • Design and execute personalization strategies that improve audience engagement, user journeys, and conversion outcomes.
  • Build optimization roadmaps aligned with business priorities, digital strategy, and audience engagement goals.
  • Drive continuous experimentation to maximize commercial and strategic digital impact.

Adobe Target Implementation & Experimentation Management

  • Build, deploy, manage, and optimize digital experiences using Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Target.
  • Create and launch personalized customer journeys, targeted campaigns, and optimization activities for digital engagement programs.
  • Design and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, segmentation experiments, and personalization use cases.
  • Validate implementation accuracy, perform quality assurance, and monitor live optimization initiatives.

Analytics, Data Interpretation & Performance Reporting

  • Leverage Adobe Analytics dashboards, behavioral data, data layers, and performance metrics to evaluate optimization effectiveness.
  • Analyze digital engagement trends, visitor behavior, journey performance, and experimentation outcomes.
  • Generate actionable insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Establish robust reporting frameworks to measure business value and user engagement improvements.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, business teams, content teams, technical teams, and digital experience partners.
  • Present optimization strategies, experiment outcomes, and data-driven recommendations to international leadership audiences.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable digital personalization solutions.
  • Act as the escalation point for platform-related requests, optimization challenges, and campaign execution issues.

Website Optimization & User Experience Enhancement

  • Improve website engagement, navigation performance, and customer journey effectiveness through data-backed experimentation.
  • Apply UX principles, behavioral insights, and personalization best practices to optimize digital touchpoints.
  • Identify friction points in user journeys and recommend conversion-focused enhancements.

Technology Governance & Platform Ownership

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Target and digital optimization frameworks.
  • Ensure platform governance, implementation standards, optimization quality, and best practice adoption.
  • Support integration with web technologies including AEM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, analytics frameworks, and digital data layers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital optimization, website personalization, experimentation strategy, or digital analytics roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, and website experimentation platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization engines, audience segmentation, customer journey optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AEM, W3 standards, and web implementation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, experimentation methodologies, and relevant statistical concepts.
  • Experience working in global organizations with international stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate strategic recommendations.
