Key Responsibilities

Digital Optimization & Personalization Strategy

  • Lead global website optimization and personalization initiatives across congress-focused digital platforms
  • Build and execute optimization strategies that improve visitor engagement, digital performance, and commercial outcomes
  • Develop long-term experimentation and personalization roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities through segmentation, behavioral targeting, and user experience improvements

Adobe Target Implementation

  • Create, deploy, and manage personalized digital journeys using Adobe Target
  • Build optimization activities including:
    • A/B testing
    • Multivariate testing
    • Audience targeting
    • Personalized customer journeys
    • Experience optimization campaigns
  • Validate implementations, perform QA, and ensure deployment accuracy

Congress Hub Digital Experience Management

  • Execute all congress hub-related personalization journeys for global congress events
  • Support live congress digital operations by handling escalations and urgent optimization requests
  • Act as the Adobe Target / experimentation platform subject matter expert for congress-specific digital experiences
  • Ensure seamless execution of digital user journeys during high-traffic global events

Analytics & Data Insights

  • Work with analytics data, behavioral insights, and digital performance metrics
  • Build reporting frameworks to evaluate optimization outcomes
  • Analyze website performance and generate actionable business insights
  • Use Adobe Analytics and related tools to measure experiment effectiveness and customer behavior trends

Stakeholder Management & Strategic Communication

  • Present optimization strategies, performance insights, and experimentation recommendations to international stakeholders
  • Translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including digital, marketing, UX, analytics, and business leadership
  • Influence prioritization and optimization decision-making globally

Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital product, web development, and analytics teams
  • Support implementation involving:
    • Data layers
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Personalization frameworks
    • Front-end optimization integrations
  • Ensure digital optimization best practices are followed
