Job Overview

Sanofi is seeking a Jr. Associate – HEVA (Evidence Synthesis) to support evidence generation initiatives across global and local markets. This role offers early-career professionals an opportunity to work on real-world evidence, health economics, and outcomes research projects that support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies for investigational and marketed products.

Key Responsibilities

Evidence Synthesis & Research Support

  • Assist in the execution of Evidence Synthesis projects, including literature screening, full-text review, data extraction, and documentation.

  • Support evidence generation activities such as systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, epidemiology studies, burden of illness studies, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes (PROs).

  • Contribute to research plans supporting pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence strategies.

HEVA Strategy & Process Support

  • Support the development of HEVA strategic evidence materials, templates, and standardized processes aligned with global guidelines and value messaging.

  • Maintain compliance with HEVA evidence generation standards, scientific guidelines, and internal quality frameworks.

  • Develop and maintain therapeutic area (TA) expertise relevant to assigned projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and External Affairs teams to identify evidence needs and deliver assigned outputs.

  • Support preparation of customized HEVA deliverables for internal stakeholders and submissions where applicable.

Team & Performance Support

  • Contribute to effective delivery of HEVA projects within timelines and quality expectations.

  • Support ongoing HEVA studies under guidance of the HEVA Product Lead or Manager.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in HEOR / HEVA / Evidence Synthesis within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, consultancy, or academic research environment.

  • Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or a related discipline; medical degree preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate clinical and economic data into payer- and value-focused evidence.

    • Exposure to evidence synthesis methodologies and HEOR study designs.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, global environment.

  • Language: Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
