Job Summary:
We are hiring a Junior MICC Associate to join our growing team in India. This role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with a background in life sciences, pharmacy, or allied health to handle case intake, adverse event reporting, and client communication in a pharmacovigilance setting. The position is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of MICC experience seeking to advance their career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls and emails related to Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Information (MI), and General Inquiries (GI).
Perform case intake, duplicate checks, and registration of cases into the system.
Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, including translation of inquiries if needed (non-primary languages to English).
Assist in preparing essential documentation required for the MICC processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years in a MICC role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective client coordination.
Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
