Manager, Clinical Data Management – Kochi (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
IQVIA is hiring a Manager, Clinical Data Management in Kochi. This leadership role involves managing a team of data management professionals to deliver high-quality clinical trial databases, including CRF/e-CRF design, database setup, validation, and Data Management Plans. The position is ideal for experienced professionals with 7+ years in clinical data management, strong leadership skills, and expertise in drug development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the Data Management team in delivering CRF/e-CRF, database design, validation, and data deliverables.
Mentor and train staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs and project requirements.
Conduct bi-monthly team meetings to review project status, timelines, budgets, and risks.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives and monitor team utilization rates.
Collaborate with project leads on staffing, workload planning, and technology needs.
Participate in proposal defenses, RFIs, RFPs, and budget planning.
Represent the team in audits, inspections, and key stakeholder meetings.
Ensure effective communication of leadership directives and project updates.
Support bid defenses, kick-off meetings, and resource management for ongoing projects.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical, Biological, Mathematical Sciences, or Nursing.
7+ years of clinical data management experience, including team management.
Advanced knowledge of data management processes and systems.
Strong understanding of clinical drug development and database deliverables.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Strong organizational and project management expertise.
Proficiency in financial monitoring, forecasting, and risk assessment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively.
