Job Title: Project Coordinator – Regulatory

Job Summary

Amgen, a global leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is seeking a Project Coordinator – Regulatory for its Hyderabad location. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for professionals skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects, managing operational processes, and supporting regulatory functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and committees across global time zones.

  • Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.

  • Streamline and document core business processes, driving continuous improvement.

  • Maintain operational dashboards and KPIs, highlighting trends and irregularities.

  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and compliance documentation.

  • Collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and legal teams to address project and operational needs.

  • Prepare concise and impactful communications and reports for stakeholders.

  • Analyze data to inform decision-making; prepare executive-level presentations.

  • Monitor project budgets and flag any variances.

  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and maintain an up-to-date risk log.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in project coordination within a global corporate environment.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Adaptability to fast-changing environments and priorities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) or Lean Six Sigma.

  • Experience working with international, cross-cultural teams.

  • Proven process improvement or cost-saving initiative track record.

  • Confident in presenting to senior leadership.
