Job Description
Insignia Clinical Services is hiring Mid-Level and Senior-Level professionals for its Project Management Department. The selected candidates will work closely with cross-functional clinical trial teams and contribute to the successful planning and execution of clinical research programs.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic CRO environment and take on greater responsibilities in clinical project management.
Key Responsibilities
Establish early communication with clinical trial teams and site management teams during site identification and initiation stages.
Support accelerated timelines during trial start-up and ensure subject enrollment targets are achieved across clinical sites.
Assist with site feasibility evaluations, trial activation, and protocol performance during study conduct.
Coordinate with sites during EC meetings and regulatory processes.
Ensure compliance related to investigational products and safety event reporting.
Monitor trial site performance and identify recruitment challenges.
Implement solutions with site investigators to maintain recruitment targets.
Create, plan, and monitor project activities within project management databases.
Conduct training for clinical trial teams and mentor new coordinators and quality assurance monitors.
Ensure efficient project execution within timelines and budgets while maintaining high quality standards.
Coordinate multiple clinical sites and collaborate with leadership teams to ensure smooth trial operations.
