### **About the Role**
As a **Project Manager**, you will be responsible for managing projects within a **globally matrixed organization**, driving **process improvements, project planning, and execution**.
### **Your Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination & Execution**
- Develop **project documentation and communication tools** to identify issues and misalignments.
- Identify **inefficiencies** in project execution and implement process improvements.
- Utilize dashboards and project-specific **performance metrics** to ensure project success.
- **Reporting & Data Management**
- Create, edit, and ensure **data accuracy** in project presentations and reports.
- Present project data when required.
- **Meeting & Stakeholder Management**
- Schedule project team meetings, **develop agendas, lead meetings**, and ensure follow-ups.
- Independently manage **small projects** under the supervision of a project leader.
### **Who You Are**
#### **Minimum Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in a **Scientific discipline** with **6+ years** of experience in **pharma, biopharma, or medical device industry**.
- **Master’s degree** in a **Scientific discipline** with **4+ years** of industry experience.
- **1+ year** of experience in the **drug development process**.
#### **Preferred Qualifications**
- **Project Management certification** (e.g., PMI, IPMA).
- Experience in a **globally matrixed organization**.
- Strong **relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills**.
- **Excellent organizational, time management, and facilitation skills**.
- **Exceptional communication skills** (verbal and written).
