Project Specialist – Tiering

Location: Hyderabad, India

About the Role

Sanofi is seeking a Project Specialist – Tiering to join the Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) team. This role ensures accurate HCP (Healthcare Professional) data management, monitors tiering processes, and identifies opportunities for process and system improvements to support global medical business units.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Hyderabad with travel as required by business needs.


Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure HCP data is accurately transferred to the Tiering system.

  • Perform quality checks on collected data and provide remediation support for errors.

  • Analyze expert credentials and expertise to determine appropriate tier levels and fair market value compensation.

  • Compile monitoring and verification reports to meet regulatory and internal requirements.

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, FMV leads, local medical teams, and tier validators.

  • Manage requests from centralized mailbox/request platforms and prioritize based on business need.

  • Conduct local process training and ensure consistent use of tools.

  • Identify process and system enhancements to optimize tiering operations.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate regular reporting on HCP engagement and scientific expert activities.

  • Document abnormalities in data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Support quarterly reporting on HCP and non-HCP tiering outcomes.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Life Sciences, or related fields (preferred).

  • Experience: 4+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences companies.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, project management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and communication.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
