This job description outlines the role of a Rare Cardiac, Amyloidosis Multi-disciplinary Specialist (AMS) at Pfizer, with a primary focus on ATTR-CM disease awareness. The individual will be responsible for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties (e.g., hematology/oncology, neurology, primary care, cardiology) in various healthcare settings to raise awareness and drive the identification and treatment of patients with ATTR-CM.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Planning & Collaboration:

    • Prioritize customer opportunities and projects based on available data and stakeholder input.
    • Develop business plans and key performance metrics to meet/exceed goals.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine customer targeting and engagement strategies.
  2. Advanced Selling & Hybrid Execution:

    • Utilize advanced selling techniques (e.g., PSSF) to tailor brand messaging and educate HCPs on ATTR-CM disease and diagnostics.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare settings.
    • Implement approved marketing programs and educational materials to raise awareness of ATTR-CM and its treatment.
  3. Coordination & Business Acumen:

    • Coordinate with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance customer experience.
    • Gather and leverage customer insights to inform sales planning and identify opportunities.
  4. Professional Development:

    • Engage in continuous learning to improve skills and capabilities.
    • Maintain openness to feedback and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic market.
  5. Culture & Values:

    • Adhere to Pfizer's corporate policies and high standards of business conduct.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must-Have:

    • 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
    • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to consistently follow company policies.
  • Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience in rare diseases, cardiology, hematology-oncology, or neurology.
    • Product launch experience.
    • Hospital sales experience or experience with large academic centers and hospital systems.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to travel domestically (2-3 overnight trips per month).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $96,700 to $217,000 annually.
  • Incentive: Quarterly sales incentive bonus.
