Job Description:

The Senior Manager - Endeavour will be responsible for strategizing and executing brand plans, optimizing promotional efforts, and supporting sales teams to improve market share for the assigned therapy/brands. This role requires a deep understanding of market gaps, competition, and brand communication strategies to effectively grow brand presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market and Brand Strategy Development:

    • Analyze market needs, identify gaps, and assess competition to design and implement effective brand strategies for the assigned therapy/brands.
    • Focus on improving market share and brand visibility within the assigned therapy area.
  2. Brand Communication and Execution:

    • Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand communication, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market positioning.
  3. Sales Team Coordination and Support:

    • Coordinate with the sales team to support the execution of brand strategies and ensure alignment with overall brand goals.
    • Provide ongoing support to the sales team to enable them to meet targets and drive growth.
  4. Cost Optimization and Inventory Management:

    • Optimize promotional spending through efficient promo mix and ensure proper management of sales and promotional inventory.
    • Monitor the budget and identify cost-effective promotional opportunities to maximize ROI.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of market analysis and competitor evaluation.
  • Proven experience in brand management, including strategy development, execution, and tracking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other cross-functional departments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and optimize promotional efforts.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is highly preferred.
