Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation through technology adoption and process improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of medical summary preparation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for the team.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring service excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand service offerings.
  • Oversee audits and quality control measures for complete and accurate medical records.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS), Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Extensive expertise in medical record analysis, summarization, and compliance.
    • Proven leadership experience in medical review operations.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
    • Proficiency in medical summary tools and software.

Additional Certifications (Preferred):

  • Medical coding certifications (e.g., CPC, CCS).
  • Training in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
