About the Role
Dozee, India’s leading AI-based Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Early Warning System (EWS) provider, is seeking a Manager – Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to drive clinical engagement and strategic stakeholder relationships across partner hospitals.

This role is responsible for building high-impact relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including senior doctors, department heads, and medical directors. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate clinical evidence, product research, and patient safety outcomes while supporting the integration of Dozee’s solutions into hospital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare leaders across partner hospitals.

  • Conduct structured one-on-one scientific discussions to understand clinical needs and address concerns.

  • Serve as the primary medical point of contact between Dozee and the hospital ecosystem.

Scientific & Research Communication

  • Present clinical research data, validation studies, and product efficacy evidence to healthcare professionals.

  • Translate complex research findings into practical, outcome-driven insights for medical stakeholders.

Product Advocacy & Clinical Adoption

  • Demonstrate product capabilities with emphasis on patient safety, early warning alerts, and operational efficiency.

  • Support hospitals in integrating Dozee’s RPM and EWS solutions into clinical workflows.

  • Gather structured feedback and share insights with internal sales, marketing, and R&D teams.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Align KOL engagement strategies with business goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Contribute to evidence-based marketing materials and scientific communication initiatives.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed documentation of KOL interactions and engagement progress.

  • Prepare regular reports analyzing stakeholder impact and clinical adoption metrics.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medicine, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Medical Representative, Medical Science Liaison, or similar healthcare engagement role.

  • Proven experience engaging doctors on clinical trials, medical research data, and evidence-based product discussions.

  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (15+ days per month).
