About the Role

As a Medical Communications & Content Specialist, you will play a key role in creating, reviewing, and adapting medical content across multiple formats and channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external agencies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity of medical communications.

This role is ideal for professionals seeking hands-on experience in medical writing, content development, and scientific communication within the pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, reuse, and adapt medical content documents across multiple formats for medical communications and stakeholder engagement.

  • Review and edit deliverables to ensure accuracy, compliance with internal SOPs, external guidelines, and proper referencing; verify anti-plagiarism.

  • Present analyses and associated discussions clearly and effectively in assigned documents.

  • Tailor writing and editorial style to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including specialists, allied healthcare professionals, and patients/consumers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external agencies to ensure the quality and accuracy of information.

  • Assist in coordinating activities of other team members to maintain quality standards across deliverables.

  • Manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely delivery of assigned documents and flagging potential delays or information gaps to project teams.

  • Communicate project progress with stakeholders and cross-functional teams under the supervision of the line manager.

  • Conduct quality control assessments of assigned deliverables to uphold high standards of scientific and medical accuracy.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • Strong medical writing, editing, and content development skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities.

  • Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
