Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Operations Analyst to join the Operations team supporting US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. This role is responsible for resolving claims and handling operational tasks while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and process-focused, with the ability to understand how individual tasks contribute to broader operational and business objectives.


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks through to resolution. You should be comfortable specializing in specific operational areas while maintaining awareness of end-to-end healthcare workflows. A continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.


Team Overview

The Operations team manages critical healthcare workflows and supports key initiatives across clinical and revenue cycle platforms. The team collaborates closely with customers and internal stakeholders, leveraging platform intelligence to improve products, services, and operational performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned tasks within US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes

  • Resolve claims and operational work items in alignment with defined workflows

  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Support continuous performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation for completed tasks

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational inefficiencies


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

  • 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced operations or healthcare environment

  • Prior exposure to US Healthcare RCM is required


Preferred Domain Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in Charge Posting and Remittance Tracking

  • Knowledge of remittance records and payment workflows is an added advantage

  • Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Denial Management processes

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work efficiently while meeting quality benchmarks
