Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Transaction Analyst to join the Operations team supporting US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. This role focuses on resolving claims and executing operational transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to defined standards.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to identify operational issues and carry tasks through to resolution while understanding their impact on broader healthcare workflows.


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate demonstrates curiosity, accountability, and a strong problem-solving mindset. You should be comfortable developing expertise within a specific operational area while maintaining visibility of end-to-end revenue cycle processes. A continuous improvement approach and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.


Team Overview

The Operations team is accountable for critical healthcare workflows and supports key initiatives across clinical and revenue cycle platforms. The team collaborates closely with customers and internal stakeholders, leveraging platform intelligence to improve products, services, and operational performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned operational tasks within US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes

  • Resolve claims and transactional work items in accordance with established workflows

  • Ensure service quality and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Support continuous performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation for completed tasks

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational inefficiencies


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, healthcare, or revenue cycle management

  • Exposure to US Healthcare RCM processes is preferred


Preferred Skills & Knowledge

  • Understanding of healthcare operations and transactional workflows

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Ability to analyze issues and support timely resolution

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
