Role Summary
The Project Analyst – Regulatory Business Transformation plays a critical role at the intersection of Regulatory Affairs and Project Management, supporting the successful launch of Life Science products while driving operational excellence across regulatory business processes.
This position combines regulatory expertise with project delivery capabilities to ensure timely product launches, effective stakeholder coordination, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex regulatory and operational data into actionable business insights.

Support accurate and timely execution of product launches across the Life Science portfolio.
Gather, consolidate, and validate:

Physical Property Information
Regulatory Documentation
Hazardous Substance Information
Perform assessments and support hazardous material characterization activities.
Ensure regulatory decisions are accurately implemented throughout the product lifecycle.
Partner with internal processing teams to maintain regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Support regulatory documentation and compliance initiatives across global markets.
Project Management & Delivery
Own end-to-end execution of assigned regulatory and transformation projects.

Track and monitor operational and project-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Develop performance improvement plans with defined actions, owners, and timelines.
Support operational excellence initiatives through data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
