Role Summary

The Project Coordinator – Core Laboratory will support imaging-based clinical trial operations by managing project documentation, timelines, and coordination activities. This role is part of the launch of Medpace’s new Hyderabad office and offers the opportunity to contribute to building local operations while supporting global clinical imaging projects.


Key Responsibilities

1. Project Tracking & Reporting

  • Compile and maintain project-specific status reports

  • Track and update project timelines for imaging studies

  • Support study-level coordination and progress monitoring

2. Imaging Study Support

  • Manage inventory of imaging supplies for study sites

  • Ensure availability and tracking of study-related materials

  • Support operational requirements of imaging-based clinical trials

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate with clinical study sites

  • Interact with internal teams and global associates

  • Support smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

  • Master’s or PhD in Biomedical Engineering (preferred)

  • Prior research or clinical exposure preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong project coordination and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables

  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Familiarity with research or clinical trial environments is a plus


Role Context

Medpace is expanding its global clinical research operations with the launch of a new Hyderabad office. This role is part of the foundational team and contributes directly to establishing operational processes, culture, and project execution standards in the region.
