Role Overview
The Analytical Scientist II is responsible for performing bioanalytical sample processing, method development, and data analysis in compliance with established procedures and SOPs. This role supports the laboratory’s analytical operations to ensure high-quality data generation for clinical research studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all activities related to processing and analyzing biological samples.

  • Assist in the development, validation, and optimization of bioanalytical methods.

  • Document laboratory activities accurately and support verification of study-related documents.

  • Review and maintain bioanalytical and method SOPs.

  • Operate laboratory instruments and software for sample analysis; ensure proper data capture.

  • Follow-up on results analysis, troubleshooting bioanalytical issues and proposing solutions.

  • Integrate, compile, and review data using specialized laboratory software applications.

  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness and manage chemical and biological waste according to safety guidelines.

  • Provide support to meet the operational needs of laboratory users and other teams.

  • Ensure all activities comply with Corporate and Divisional Policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in Science or related field.

  • Strong understanding of bioanalytical laboratory processes and chromatography software.

  • Experience in method development, validation, and bioanalytical data analysis.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in a laboratory setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and analytical software.

  • Bilingual abilities (English plus additional language as applicable) are a plus in some locations.

  • Alternate certifications or equivalent experience may be considered.
