Job Overview

The Director, QA Data Analysis & Visualization is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for Quality Analytics and Data Visualization within Corporate Quality. This position drives enterprise-level GxP data analytics, KPI/KQI reporting, executive dashboards, and electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) optimization.

The role partners with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external customers to provide expert quality systems analytics consultancy and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement the global strategy for Quality Analytics.

  • Contribute to Corporate Quality Systems strategic planning.

  • Influence senior leadership decisions using advanced analytics and performance insights.

  • Drive long-term transformation initiatives in quality data governance and reporting.

Quality Data Analytics & Visualization

  • Perform highly complex quality-related analyses and executive reporting.

  • Develop and implement advanced dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

  • Oversee KPI/KQI framework development aligned with GxP standards.

  • Enhance data interpretation methodologies to resolve complex technical issues.

Quality Systems & Compliance

  • Provide expert support for TrackWise and other electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).

  • Ensure analytics and reporting comply with global GxP requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within Corporate Quality.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and sponsors.

  • Provide strategic analytics consultancy and actionable business intelligence.

  • Supervise and mentor analytics professionals where applicable.

  • Contribute to resource planning, budgeting, and departmental initiatives.

Operational Requirements

  • Travel up to 25% as required.

  • Represent the Quality Systems and Analytics team in cross-functional engagements.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Systems, or GxP-regulated environments.

  • At least 5+ years in senior leadership or team management roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide quality data analytics strategy.

  • Strong hands-on experience with TrackWise and/or other eQMS platforms.

  • Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced data visualization tools.

  • Proven experience in KPI/KQI development, executive reporting, and dashboard governance.

  • Significant project management and stakeholder management experience.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
