Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role involves coordinating clinical and pharmaceutical projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure milestones are met.
Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, reports, and communications.
Resource Allocation: Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project requirements efficiently.
Communication: Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and obstacles in the project lifecycle, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and GxP (Good Pharmaceutical Practices).
Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management and clients.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Experience: 2–7 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research domain.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance standards.
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Additional Knowledge: PMP certification or experience in handling clinical trial projects is an advantage.
