Position Overview

Labcorp is seeking an experienced Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of central lab projects for clinical trials worldwide. The Global Study Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, CROs, and internal Labcorp teams, ensuring successful study delivery, timely communication, and adherence to project budgets and milestones.

This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing interactions and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Facilitate communications between internal study teams, Study Design Leads, and Regional Study Coordinators.

  • Provide project management oversight, including budget, risk, and milestone tracking.

  • Review Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure accurate implementation of client-specific requirements.

  • Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexity.

  • Act as a client ambassador, delivering personalized service and fostering strong relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client culture, needs, and pipelines.

  • Participate in functional meetings and contribute to process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with Central Labs Global Project Management standards.

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in life sciences, clinical research, or related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of industry experience, including at least 1 year managing projects with global teams.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, prioritization, and risk management.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum (based on experience, skills, and internal equity).
